You agree that Wuffy is just a tool to help you find an appropriate and new home for your pet when you are unable to provide them care. We make no guarantees that you will get successful in rehoming your pet, yet we save no effort to achieve that.
You are the only one responsible for making decisions related to choosing the new owner of your pet.
You assure us that all information you provide about your pet is correct and up-to-date, and the website has all the right to delete your pet profile in case of any incorrect data.
You agree to complete the whole adoption process through Wuffy If you find any adopter outside our website, you commit to instantly delete your application.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate without notice your access to this website, or any feature of it at any time.
The adopter or host commits to not selling the pet they host or adopt. In case that happens, they shall hold legal responsibility for that.
Wuffy has the right to deprive you of all its services if we find that you contacted the adopter, host, or buyer outside the website.
You agree that Wuffy shall not hold any responsibility for any injury, loss, loss of life,or damage of any kind-God forbids- resulting from or relating to your use of our site or services.
You understand that the adoption fees are necessary for the website to provide its services.
You agree to tell Wuffy about any harassment, abusive comments, or mockery about your pet's and Wuffy will make its best effort to stop such attitudes.
You understand that you are responsible for the safety of your pet. We try our best to
connect you with a suitable adopter, yet we do not guarantee their intention or future
attitude with you or your pet.
You agree to share accurate and truthful information about yourself and your pet. You also
agree to disclose any behavioral or health issues of your pet. Any false data or failure to
disclose your pet conditions can lead to your termination of our website.
You commit to feeding the pets in a manner appropriate to their age, weight, and species.
You commit to transporting the pet in a safe way and not exposing it to injuries.
